Return and Refund Policy

At Filler Merchant LLC, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@fillermerchant.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@fillermerchant.com.

7. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
